The facilities, the location

No lift, old building

The aera is great and the apartment is well situated and fully furnish

The bed is not so comfortable for 2 big adults for 2 big guys actually bed is too small and mattress could be changed

Very big house, spacious with very modern furniture etc. Its very near to the center of Madrid, there is also a supermarket near.

The only thing that must improve is the english of the owner. He did not speak any english, so it was very very difficult to communicate. We used body language and google translate,haha. But madrid is not a village, is a huge town with too many tourists, so the use of the global language is essential now. He was a very sweet man, though.

The sofa and the bed were not very comfortable
