Apartamento Tres Peces - Madrid Centro

The Hosts are particularly nice and helpful. My schedules had changed and Nelson interrupted a meeting to arrive in taxi and hand over the keys. Excellent hospitality, thank you!.

It has laundry machine.

- it is in a second floor so it is not easy to go up or down with luggage. - the Sofa bed is really uncomfortable. It is ok for one night, no more than that. - Location is ok, not as centric as we thought and the neighborhood wasn’t very nice. - Fridge is small (couple of bottles in) - There were cockroaches in the bathroom. - 3 toilet paper tissue left for 4 days, three people.

the host was waiting for us to hand over the key when we arrived. Although he doesnt speak English but he tried very hard to communicate. We felt sorry for keeping him waiting, and he did a great job in explaining the facility provided in the unit. The unit is spacious, very comfortable and provided almost everything you would every need--oven, washing machine, fridge, toilet. It is suitable for a small family of 2-3

The location may be a little far (about 6 minutes' walk) from the nearest metro. Plus there is no lift available so you would need to carry your luggage up to the 1st floor.

Great location, near Madrid city centre with easy access to Anton Martin and Lavapies metro stations. The host was very helpful. It is an old building but the apartment is cosy and nice.

Not very good soundproofing.
