The room that i was taken to was not cleaned, i reported and was given another room. The heat was not working and i wasnt able to lock the door from inside

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower pressure was poor and took along time to heat up . The shower tray was dirty and so was around the toilet. Broken socket next to bed. Also booked a sea view room and didn't get that. Got one towel in the room for 3 people had to ask for more.

Helpful friendly staff. Location. Good food. Overall, good value.

Very small attic room with inadequate heating initially allocated.first night. However staff extremely helpful in transfer to everyone good room.
