Maya Hostel El Nido

We stayed at the hotel for four nights, from December 12-16 and our experience was truly worth it. We appreciated the hotel’s facilities, such as the pool and the guest lounge. The guest lounge was clean and well organized; however, adding an air freshener or diffuser could further enhance guest comfort. The sunset view from the pool was absolutely amazing. From the room to the restroom, everything was clean, and the staff were very hospitable and professional. We would especially like to commend Ms. Trish, whom we met on our first evening during happy hour on the 4th floor. She welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. I also had the opportunity to speak with the staff member who prepared our drinks; although I did not get his name, he was very accommodating and courteous. We will certainly return in the future. Thank you very much, Maya Hotel. Our stay in El Nido was made even more enjoyable because of your excellent staff.

The pool accessiblity, game tables , game cards good room, cool AC , many tourist.

Overpriced beer also the smirnoff is very expensive compared to conveniece store price.

WiFi horrível. Só se consegue rede e WiFi na receção. Só não dou um 10 a estadia por isso.
