It was a new hostel located near the town of El Nido. Near to everything.

As I checked in, there’s no introduction, they didn’t even tell me where the bathrooms/shower rooms will be. They just gave me the keys and then let me go. The girl receptionist was nice but the guys were meh. Not welcoming. :(

Durante mi estancia, nuestra ropa y equipaje fueron dañados con pintura y el hostel no se hizo responsable. La actitud de la manager fue poco profesional, sin ofrecer soluciones ni apoyo al cliente. Más allá de este incidente, las instalaciones se encuentran en condiciones muy deterioradas y no corresponden con lo que transmiten. La experiencia en general fue decepcionante y no recomendaría este lugar mientras no se hagan mejoras en la atención al cliente y en el mantenimiento.
