NZThe location was good, close to town although a bit of construction work going on around the property. The host was great and recommended some good places to eat and organised a whale shark trip for us which was amazing.
The pool area had screaming kids when we were there, but that is luck of the draw. Aside from that the place was great.

IEOur host was fantastic, he helped organise lots of activities and was so quick to respond for any issues or questions and very friendly. The bed was really comfortable, great a/c and shower. We found the location good for getting to everything we wanted on foot or by bicycle and the kitchen was useful for basic food preparation. The pool and terrace were great in the evenings!
GBAlain was a fantastic host, very helpful and always on hand with any problems. Very quick responses and always with good recommendations of where to eat and what to do. He speaks great English too. The location was great too, could walk anywhere around Holbox island. Bed very comfortable too.
Our only comment was that if we could have made one change, it would be that in the three days we stayed, our bins or towels were not changed. So just to make it a bit more clean, the offer of that would have been nice.
GBgreat location near the ferry port. the owner greeted me personally at the hotel and was so kind. he let me check in early and also gave me a bigger room. there are sweet dogs and cats at the hotel that were so friendly. it felt very safe and homely. i felt so comfortable and slept great. i loved the decor of the rooms too with all the sea shells.
it would have been to have sun loungers on the roof top pool.

NLAlain is a fantastic host, speaks really good English and is very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is really nice with a rooftop pool and the location is very close to the ferry and only a short walk to the beach. The Wifi is also very good, could easily work there on my laptop. I can recommend everyone to stay here.

GBCorazón Mexicano exceeded all expectations! Alain, the owner, went above and beyond to take care of everything, resolving any issues promptly and ensuring our stay was perfect. Location is great, very close to the centre, but far enough you won't hear the banging music on the weekend. 5 mins from the arrival of ferries. The place was super clean and the rooftop pool was amazing, with a lovely view of the bay. We even extended our stay, and he accommodated us without hesitation. The kitchen was spotless, and everything about this place was truly 5-star. Highly recommend!
The Internet connection is a bit temperamental, we personally don't care but if you need to work here you should consider it.
