The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, helping with travel advice and laundry and even letting us store our bags on the last day and have showers before we left! If you are looking for a budget friendly option this place is an absolute steal with a huge bed, en suite and kitchen!

The only saving grace of this place is Alain, who is kind and helpful

The place is NOTHING like what it markets itself, has almost NONE of the amenities it says it does, and in general it's only a tinsy bit better than a hostel. It's EXTREMELY expensive compared to what it offers, and paying in cash on the spot (while could be an advantage to some) seems like nothing more than a scam and a way to avoid reimbursement. I wish I had up and left the first night. The place gets no natural light, is noisy since it's on street level, is barely clean, and feels very unsafe (apart from the lock on your own room's door, nothing else). The pool cannot be deemed a swimming pool by any standard, and no amenities mentioned like restaurant, bar, spa, anything at all even exist here. It's damn expensive for what is essentially a fancy hostel. Go someplace else.

Nothing. We asked for a refund for the second day. But the person from this laughable hotel pocketed the money before we could see the rooms. Corazon Mexicano stole the description from the other Corazon hotel and argued with us that the property was good and he doesn't want to return the money. 4 times in writing I asked for proof of payment but I didn't receive it. The guy just pocketed the cash and told us to enjoy he vacaciones.

It is poor hostel with very basic conveniences. One of the photos is print out of my confirmation, and it is the description of the OTHER Corazon hotel. There was no sitting area or dining area with dining table. Instead there was a cement bar pretending to be a kitchenette. There was no decent tableware, just a cheap grade of 2 plastic cups and 2 plastic plates. There was no coffee maker or kettle. It was impossible to have coffee or simplest snack in the room. The TV was not even mounted and plugged in. The TV was sitting on the shelf with its screen to the wall. Guest bathroom? NO! Even the only bathroom was very cheap and shaky. The only toiletry was hand soap. Toilet paper holder was broken. The city view of this hostel tucked in the remote street was on dirt and puddles and dilapidated house.

The hotel had a kitchen, AC and a big shower which were the only upsides.

The hotel was covered with mosquitoes. The hotel was also very dirty because it was on a street that was completely flooded. The whole street smells like manure. We ended up getting charged twenty more pesos than we were quoted because of course the credit card didn't work and he had to pay in pesos. Also, we had to ask for towels and we didn't get any courtesy water (they charge extra) and we had to wait about an hour getting eaten by mosquitoes before someone finally showed up to check us in. It's almost like this place tries to make you as miserable as possible so you buy water.

Everything was perfect The room is big, the bed is huge!!, the kitchen is good (not very furnished but if you need something the owner will provide it for you) Even the pressure of the shower is good Alan is super nice and ready to help with everything The rooftop is beautiful Very worth it for the price The center is not big so you can easily walk everywhere

The nice & quiet pool on the rooftop . Also the location is perfect; 5 minute walk from the ferry pier, 5 minute walk from the center
