The room was fantastic and the in room facilities very comfortable

The Internet didn’t work for two days. They offered, and we accepted a late check out in exchange. Then had to fight it out with the on-site management staff who apparently didn’t get the memo and tried to charge us for late checkout. It was a very unpleasant experience and literally ate up all the extra time that we had been given, negotiating with them. They did finally, with my screenshot documentation, grudgingly grant us the late checkout. Did not appreciate the moving goal post. As an added bonus, their coffee machine broke, and I had to spend a couple text messages being told it worked, when it didn’t.

Location is excellent, very comfortable and convenient

The check in is longish online, not having a person on site for information was a bit unusual. But all in all it worked.

Very clean and well designed. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the capitol, university and the lakes.

Some of the check-in information was not clear.

The check-in & checkout process was easy. The beds were comfortable. The location was only 3 min away from the venue. Everything was great!

The parking was right next to it, which was great. However, the hill to go down the structure was extremely steep.

Beautiful, very clean. Chelsea was terrific and always available.

As a handicapped person, the doors weren’t easy to open, either inside or to get inside. A vending machine would be helpful. Also a coffee machine in each room as opposed to a very expensive coffee maker in the lobby for everyone. It bottle necks

This is a hotel that newly opened on January 31, 2025. The facilities were very new and still had that new hotel smell in the elevator, in the unit, and in the hallways. The location was terrific, centrally located on the Isthmus, east of the Capitol and within walking distance to many parks and the summer farmers' market on the Capitol Square. The neighbourhood was mostly residential and was very quiet, even at night. We went for walks in the evening and felt very safe. The locals were friendly. We also enjoyed using the Nespresso machine in the beautiful lobby as we waited to check in and in the morning.

The check-in and confirmation process is entirely digital and online. It was awful. I generally prefer to do everything online and like self-check ins for other hotels, but this was truly unpleasant. If a venue is going to choose an all automated system, they need to do a better job ensuring that the user experience is better than what we had. I was not able to successfully complete the online check-in because the system would not accept the picture of my ID (I tried several forms) due to the hologram security feature that was considered to be too reflective. I paid for daily parking with my reservation but the door code for our reservation did not work once for underground garage during our stay. Every time we returned to the hotel with the car, one of us had to get out of the car, use the door code to go into the hotel, walk down to the garage, and activate the automatic sensor from the inside. Our room was not ready on time and showed no sign of being cleaned at check-in time (3pm). When I asked the cleaning crew (in spanish) if our unit was going to be ready soon, they said that our room was not even on their list to clean for the day. Luckily there was one employee in the lobby who assigned us a different room 45 minutes after check-in time. We had a wedding event to attend at 5pm and thought we would have plenty of time to freshen up and get dressed before we had to leave, but that was not the case. The room and location were terrific but I am not sure if I would stay there again given how awful the automated systems were (check-in, door code, garage code).
