Fantastic place. Check in was easy. Very easy to communicate with the staff who responded very quickly. Pay for car park, but safe place to keep it. Will stay again.

Brand new property, extremely comfortable and very well appointed with plenty of supplies available. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Living room had a comfortable sofa and the apartment felt bigger than it was. The staff were always helpful and available till 4pm and on email after that.

I wish the bedrooms had king size beds available as an option. We were there for 18 days and would have liked bigger beds.

Modern en smaakvol ingericht appartement. Ruime woonkamer en keuken. Locatie goed, vlakbij het meer en centrum.

Er zou wat meer serviesgoed mogen zijn. Als je gaat koken is het handig als er wat meer is.

Rooms are clean and nice. Location is great.

No customer service, automated emails were baffling to check in and park. No one on site when we arrived. Had to call a call center to get help. Paper thin ceiling, so woke up to someone pounding their feet at 6a every day.

The location and facilities were great - but overall experience was a headache. This is a management company that runs the facility - with lack of onsite support - meant being handed off numerous times before getting answers to your questions.

I stayed here with my two small children and chose this location because of it's advertised quiet accomodations and no parties. However, located on the second level of a three-story building - the room above us was intentionally loud from the hours of 11:45 P - throughout all hours of the night. Waking up both me and my children multiple times. With no onsite management it was delayed responses from their automated systems. For the price we paid to stay in this facility - their lack of urgency to manage the situation was upsetting. Sound-proofing in this facility is minimal to if any - if you are not on a top floor room, expect to hear everything.
