The staff was great and really helpful, they assisted us in the arrival and departure. The beds were great, comfortable and the breakfast complete and delicious.

A few minor repairs can be done in the bathroom - there isn’t enough hangers for the towels and shelves.

Lo que más valoramos del hospedaje en Valle del Sol, además del gran nivel de las instalaciones, fue la excepcional atención brindada por ambos hosts: Yerti y Grimaldo. Nos ofrecieron constantemente agua y té de mate de coca, nos brindaron oxígeno cuando lo necesitamos y nos asistieron para pedir todos los transportes necesarios para nuestros traslados.

Tanto los desayunos, como la cena de la primera noche, fueron sabrosisimas. Pero, en el desayuno, la circulación en los lugares de autoservice dejaba qué desear. Y en la cena, los platos salieron muy rápido, estaban un tanto fríos y las porciones eran bastante chicas. Insisto, los platos eran un 10 en cuanto al sabor.

La localización muy estratégica para moverse a distintos puntos del departamento de Cusco.

Es un hotel que se nota que es nuevo. Sus instalaciones esta todas a estrenar. Cuenta con ascensor cosa q no tienen todos los hoteles de la zona. Tiene un restaurante muy rico y con buenos precios La atención del encargado de la recepción fue impecable, se nota que esta bastante solo pero el lo hace todo, atento, amable, muy resolutivo. Nos recomendó el tour privado con Pedro que fue un gran acierto!

No es que no me haya gustado pero por si alguien es medio despistado como yo aclaro que no queda en el pueblo de urubamba sino en el anterior YUCAY.

Everything about Valle Del Sol is amazing! The owner of Valle Del Sol is very kind, professional and accommodating, and his staff are all incredibly supportive with anything you need. Simply put, we were treated like family. The breakfast is excellent and we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant every night because it is so good. Highly recommend Valle Del Sol to everyone because of its location in Sacred Valley that puts you between Cusco and Machu Picchu. Valle Del Sol in Urubamba is a great place to acclimate to the higher altitude and there are many places to explore in Sacred Valley with archaeological sites, 2,000 year old salt mining terraces, llama wool farms and cool towns to explore. The location in Urubamba also serves as a good hub for a day trips to Machu Picchu, Cusco and Rainbow Mountain that were all incredible. Not to mention the breathtaking scenery and landscape of Urubamba. Highly recommend Valle Del Sol to everyone!
