The property was very comfortable and well appointed. Close to the old city as well as restaurants and bars.

Being located along a pedestrian thoroughfare, it was difficult to get to the nearest street for taxis, especially with luggage… Quiet during the day, it was quite noisy in the evenings when two restaurants close by opened in the evenings.

My family and I had an unforgettable experience in the wonderful city of Palermo, where we spent three days in May. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is beautiful and located in the heart of Palermo. For example, Teatro Massimo is just a 10-minute walk away, Porto Antico La Cala is only 3 minutes on foot, the Palermo Cathedral is a 20-minute walk, and the La Vucciria market is just 6 minutes away. The views are stunning, and the area is peaceful. The apartment was clean, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and air conditioning, though we didn’t need it in May. There is also a lovely terrace, and the elevator was a great convenience. Finding parking was not an issue during this time of year. It’s free, but be cautious of scammers in the area who might try to charge for parking. Parking spaces are typically marked with three colors: • White: Free parking. • Blue: Paid parking. • Yellow: Do not park. These spaces are reserved for residents.

Difficult arrangements for check-in and bad customer service

Location - close to sights, restaurants, shops and transport options. Newly renovated. Two bathrooms. V good A/C throughout apartment.

Rubbish, recycling arrangements complicated and confusing. Our check-in person was behind in his schedule and rushed the briefing. Online check-in not user friendly. Also, I had two separate bookings with Wonderful Italy (WI) but had to endure their online check-in procedure twice. WI very insistent on getting the information they want and meeting their timetable. Some crockery/ glasses less than expected but no offer to fix this (at check in).

The location was great, next to the small port with lots of good restaurants nearby. Very clean and bright, home from home. Great to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Good welcome on the first day, did not see any staff after that but contact number provided if needed.

The apartment is spacious, tidy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay (kitchen utensils, coffee machine with capsules, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, etc.). What we liked the most was the location — it's very peaceful considering the loud and narrow Palermo streets. Thanks to the openness of the surroundings, you can enjoy peace and sunshine on the balcony. The location is perfect for walks to the city center and the sea, with a grocery store nearby, as well as cafes and some good restaurants.

Everything was great; I would just point out that sounds carry quite a bit in the building, which might be a bit bothersome for light sleepers (you can hear neighbors walking on the stairs and the restaurant on the ground floor tidying up the terrace). Otherwise the street itself is very quiet, and apart from those few minutes at the evening, there was no other noise.

Excellent location! Quiet yet close to most things. Clean and updated. Had everything we needed.
