Hotellet var fint, og stedet flott, og rolig.

Vi fikk ikke rommet vi hadde bestilt, ei heller når vi etterspurte dette. Vi ble tilbudt middag som en kompensasjon, dog med begrensninger til utvalgte restauranter og utvalg. Mistenker at dynamiske priser og tidlig bestilling samt at vi reagerte på en melding fra hotellet på at vi måtte betale 50% mer i «cash» ved ankomst. Gjorde at vi ikke fikk det som var bekreftet.

Enjoyed the direct access to the main pool, a nice relaxing space. We really liked the option of going to the separate building with a bigger and busier pool, which was also next to the beach. The design and decor is beautiful however maintenance needs to be increased to keep it to the standard expected.

Unfortunately we had lots of ants in the bathroom, which were wiped away daily by housekeeping but returned in the evening and morning. Breakfast was a hectic experience - the staff and variety of food were excellent however the breakfast area is too small for the volume of guests which meant that plates, glasses and cutlery ran out often and guests had to wait for them to be replenished. The food whilst varied wasn’t great quality. As said, staff worked non-stop but essentially more staff are needed to meet demand.

Comunicare deficitara cu managerul, foarte ambiguu este modul de cazare. Sunt mai multe variante si nu stii foarte clar unde vei fi cazat. Tot complexul in sine arata in semi-paragina. Desi exista o armata de angajati, se vede clar ca nu sunt coordonati si ca managementul este defectuos. Te simti pacalit cand ajungi sa te cazezi, pozele din prezentare sunt frumoase dar realitatea este sub asteptari.

I really enjoyed my holidays here. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh food. The room was very clean and comfortable, I really enjoyed having a pool right outside the balcony. Hotel is located in a very quiet area which is perfect if you want to relax. The staff was professional and very helpful. I wish I could stay longer :)
