+++ service of any and all staff +++ swimming pool/beach +++ location within the village, with multiple swimming pools and the beach and the strip of restaurants within small walking distance ++ bathroom was very clean and pretty, but in the economy class rooms (smallest rooms) there wasn't a lot of room in the bathrooms and when you showered most of the bathroom became wet ++ centrale on the island, with all tourist attractions/cities on max. 50 min. driving ++ several small super markets on walking distance The service and kindness of all the staff and each encounter, case in point host Danni, exceeded our expectation by a mile, truly excellent. We arrive quite late in the night due to a delay in our flight and they gave us the warmest welcome including service, a glass of sparkling wine and a full meal they reserved especially for us. The swimming pool was also amazing, including very comfortable beds, a bar in the pool, different levels in the pool (ankle deep vs. navel deep), 2 restaurants in walking distance possibly free if you are half/full pension guests and even a private part at the beach which you can clearly see even lying by the pool.

+/- Food at the resort Personally, we didn't care too much for the dinner options, felt a little bit like all inclusive quality. Admittedly, we are also not the easiest eaters. We ended up not eating at the resort buffet at all. Breakfast was better, although also not great. Lunch was didn't see.

Neskutečně ochotný a obětavý pán na recepci. Vynikající rozmanitá snídaně. Sice jsme nevyužili, ale v rezortu nádherný bazén.

Těžce dohledatelný. V booking špatně uvedená adresa, adresa je pouze do města charaki , není uvedena ulice tudíž vás to zavede na nějaký základní bod charaki. Neřídit se booking adresou, ale najít si hotel na google maps. Hotel má dvě stanoviště jedna při silnici a jedna přímo u moře. Mimo sezónu funkční pouze u moře. Naše komplikace s hledáním vyřešil pán z recepce na jedničku. Po zavolání na recepci pro nás dojel autem.
