Hospitality of the property owner

It’s a very beautiful place, very impressive. It’s also super clean and the family is very available for everything. The room is huge and beautiful. It’s 15min walking from the beach. Very relaxing and quiet place.

I only advise to go there with your own transportation in order to move freely around cause there aren’t many facilities near by.

The property is newly built and the rooms are really spacious. The owners are really nice people and they will help you out with anything.

The apartment is perfect for short and long stays, whether for work or for pleasure. The room was comfortable, the facilities excellent and I felt totally safe and at home. There was an option for breakfast and it was delicious.

The premises are a short distance away from the beautiful Majorda beach and about 30 min drive from the Dabolim airport. It is a bit difficult in Goa to get around without a car. However the hosts always offered pickup and dropoff facilities whenever possible.

Loved the place and the hospitality. Charming hosts, very thoughtful. Joe and Linda and their family are super hosts and very mindful. They are eager to help out by guiding you to the best places to shop, eat and visit. The apartments have everything you need - kettle, toiletries and ample space. We will surely be visiting them again. Location is brilliant.

Not allot to be honest, the outside was attractive.

Beds hard and uncomfortable. Sheets were clean but not sure about brown cover thing, felt as if it hadn’t been changed since previous occupant. Towels old and a bit past it. Sofa really uncomfortable everything a bit stark. Water temperature in the shower unpredictable going from warm to scalding and back again. Breakfast pretty uninspiring and limited, did not bother after first morning. Would not go back, was really happy to leave.
