Don’t expect to check in late and be treated well by the owners My flight delayed yes they provided beer at an extortionate price but apparently they offered to cook for me but I must have a memory problem The Management contacted me 7 times prior to check in but apparently they were over Seas Personally I recommend you avoid

The quality of property ,cleanliness, Location Brand new property . All things fitment installed are branded. It's quite fresh property and stay, Super spacious like 1 bhk apartment ,well lit so many led lights in living area effective and comfortable AC, Special mention for wooden bar chairs they are like sofa even being bar chair they are super comfortable.

Had a very nice stay here. The apartment is really pretty and clean and only 30 minutes from the dabolim airport. The interiors are practical and I adored the flooring ! What makes the place exceptional is Linda aunty ! She took so much care of me and was kind enough to pick me whenever I needed help. A true value for money.

The Royal Oasis is definitely one of the best places of its kind to stay in South Goa. It is clean, spacious, airy and just a 10 minute walk from Majorda beach. We were going to check in at the official time of 1pm, but were delayed because our lunch meet up went on for too long. Even so the owners Joe and Leunilda kindly welcomed us and made sure our stay was comfortable. Leunilda also suggested things to do to make the most of our stay in Betalbatim.

Apart from the many high chairs it would have been nice to have at least one regular chair in the front room.

I felt like I was staying in some luxurious room with beautiful tiles and a gorgeous balcony. The owner aunty was extremely friendly and accommodating to my request for a vegetarian breakfast and lower floor as I was recovering from an injury. She even helped my partner and I to effectively plan our trip out for the day and got us in touch with a local cab driver who was relatively cheaper than most online. Hands down one of the BEST places I have ever stayed. Would love to come to Goa again just to be here! EXCEPTIONAL CLEANLINESS, I LOVED IT CAUSE IM OCD!

New building. Spacious room, comfortable large bed, clean, hot water in the bathroom. Kind and caring hosts. Excellent breakfast.

Location was lovely 10 mins to beach and good restaurants, the family/ staff were very nice! Quiet location. Clean

Bed was very hard! Wasn't good for my bad back. Also there was no kitchen equipment to cook or a washing machine but maybe they are in other rooms !

Joe and Linda are the owners. They were very sweet from the beginning. Linda is available for pick up and drop off to the GOI airport. The apartment is very spacious for that much money in Goa. Everything is new and well maintained in the apartment, the flow of hot water is what impressed me in our stay because it’s not always working in Indian hotels. Feels like home touch, location is in very serene and clean locality, wine shops and general store is just a couple of block behind. Recommended for long stay as well.

Mattress could be little softer.
