Second time using this house esay to communicate with the owner.

Easy communication with the host, no problem with entry etc. Great location, quiet neighborhood.

The beds weren't the most comfortable, and it was awfully hot without air conditioning. But it was also really hot during our stay.

It was a nice property great for the family

The towels are throw away and not very good to use hair everywhere in bathroom and fridge had empty bottle lids but otherwise was clean

The location was nice and the bed was comfy.

The host was monitoring us and watching on the security cameras which felt uncomfortable. I was messaged and asked to have no guests after 9pm and not park on the lawn (we were very quiet and actually playing board games with family. Not a party of any sorts) I understand the need to monitor the property but I feel this was overstepping our stay considering how much I paid and we took good care of the house. When we arrived there was a rubbish bin open and full of rubbish on the middle of the lawn which was moved to the curb whilst we were out for the day (assuming the owner came back while we were out) there was also rubbish in the kitchen bin (food waste) from previous occupants. The remote battery’s for the tv didn’t work so couldn’t watch the TV and also AC not working - thankfully they have two standing fans. The host also arrived at the house 15 minutes before we were due to have left and collected the keys.

Spacious, clean, nicely decorated, very homely, quiet and safe street with easy access to supermarkets, lovely and kind hosts. Just a small suggestion for improvement please, another couple of chopping boards would be good please
