Hillbrook - a luxurious guesthouse

We loved this property in Tauranga! The house was beautiful, modern, and still felt new. It was spotlessly clean, and the fresh scent, especially on the bedding, made the stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back here when we visit Tauranga again!

Beautiful place, well equipped with everything good quality. Very clean and spacious bedrooms and kitchen.

Not enough living room space for 4 people. Not as private as we would have liked

Apartment owner who also lives in the same property, asked us to park our car in another street which is away from the property while his own vehicles are nicely parked at the property. Later he realized that's not the right idea, but we had to convince that. Not a good start. Then, once entered to the property, all available tea, milk etc. had already expired nearly 12 months ago. It is very little house, no dining table. Upper floor bed is ok but low level of the ceiling is not clearly visible hence head hits always. Different color should be used for that ceiling. Following morning we found that there is no bread toaster available in the kitchen.

Miele equipment in the kitchen and a gift of freshly smoked fish from our host.

For us, although it was a smart and stylish apartment, the space was insufficient and rather awkward.

Place was beautiful. Host were lovely. Very clean and comfortable

Not alot of privacy. And more towels

It was a nice get away from home, and privacy was respected despite being connected to the main dwelling.
