I liked that it was secluded from everything and super relaxing.

The hike up the hill was pretty challenging but overall was very unique stay

The stunning views are what made us book this place to stay, and they didn’t disappoint! From our room and from the restaurant the view was incredible. We chose to stay here so we could experience the scenery more when doing the Ha Giang loop and we were really glad we did. The property itself is set on the hillside, so there are quite a few stairs, but that was fine for us. There is a restaurant on site and the food was really tasty, although we did think slightly pricey. On the plus side, breakfast is included and was also good. There is a small bar across the street which was open until around 5 or 6pm where you can have a few drinks and also enjoy the view. As the property is on the hillside, there is no separate parking, so you park on the side of the road. There is space and we were fine with leaving our bikes there. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Overall we found this to be a really peaceful place to be and perfect for enjoying the amazing scenery. It’s also good as it’s close to where you can do a boat trip on the river the next day so you can get ahead of the crowds and tour groups.

It was really hot when we stayed and there is no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan.

This was certainly and unforgettable place and an adventure on its own. The staff didn’t speak English (which was fine) but I suspect they may have spoken another language as Vietnamese translations were also tricky (which is understandable as there are many ethnic groups in the area). We were greeted by a young guy who seemed to be working by himself and the check in was so slow. We were starving and I was suspicious of his cooking skills… but oh my! We had one of the best meals in Vietnam here! Another lady appeared with kids to help and later showed us the other rooms. She was very sweet :) The experience was authentic and the view is just to die for. We would stay here again!

We are fit early 40’s and yes it is true - getting up took a lot of will… but good exercise

The entire place has excellent views of the Tu San canyon, including the rooms and the restaurant. The room was clean and had amazing views.

Stunning views no matter where you are

Parking just doesn’t exist. There is a spot but it’s so far leaving you to walk a long way on a major road with no pavement. The staff told us to park our bikes on the highway outside but couldn’t offer to chain them up or anything leaving me uneasy with an expensive bike outside on a busy highway. The hotel provided no information about this at all. Food was nice but took forever. Seemed like one guy cooking everything one dish at a time so for 6 people there was a good hour from the first dish to the last dish.

If you are doing the Ha Gang loop independently, you must stay here. The rooms are amazing and get one with a "balcony" as it's sheltered from wind and rain. The views are worth 2 nights and then you can walk the Sky path which is magnificent.

The staff weren't overly friendly even when I spoke some Vietnamese, perhaps just shy, but it didn't detract from my stay. Breakfast menu is limited, but then again it was fine but don't expect fruit, bread etc. Good coffee.
