I had a fantastic 4-night stay. Thank you to Zulay for the warm welcome and for kindly sharing helpful tips about the city. Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, in an excellent location, with a comfortable bed and a very quiet room. Highly recommended! I hope I’ll have the chance to come back :)

It is a good location 😃 of the compartment, after you get down of the street, many restaurants, supermarkets and shops those you can find them easily. Miss Zulai is a very nice person, she introduces her home 🏡😊 well and what facilities you can use. You can contact her before one day you arrival, she will leave a message to you that how to go her compartment. It is quite silent in the room at night and the owner do not disturb you.

The floor can be more cleaning 🧹 after mopping it. Miss Zulai can speak a little bit English and you can use mobile phone translate chat with her.

Unbelievably nice lady who's renting and also living in this apartment. Great location as it's in the absolute center of Madrid. Perfect solution for travellers looking for just a place to sleep.

Probably not the right accommodation for people who like to spend some time in their room.
