Nothing was excellent

Everything was excellent in this accommodation. You have your own private room immediately next to the flat's bathroom. Next door is the owner's room and she is a wonderful host and leaves you to have full privacy. There is a kitchen with utensils, fridge and microwave. Wifi was excellent. The room had a super comfortable huge bed, a desk, and a huge closet, and tv. The room locks from inside, not outside, but you don't need the lock really and all my things were safe. Outside is already the heart of Madrid, 2min walk to either Gran Via or Chueco subway stations, and just a couple steps from the apartment, a bus stop is also directly outside.

Nothing at all, this place beats being most room with a shared bathroom that I've had in Madrid. The bathroom is almost private to you as the owner almost never uses it.

Zuly is the most fantastic host you can wish; always helpful if any questions or problems. The location you don`t get any better and best of all price/quality is unbeatable The room is very small but with everything needed so unless you have high demands/wishes about your accommodation, its a really good choice

Maybe a little more light (ceiling) than just the table lamp but that I would consider a luxury "problem" Or else absolutely nothing

Location is great. The lady (owner) is hospitable and a nice person. As a renter you feel safe.

The room is small with good size wardrobe. The socket to the right of the bed has to be fixed immediately. about cleanliness : Yes it was clean but it could have been even cleaner. Owner doesn't know any English or other languages and this is a little problem. You rent just a room. Small property sharing with the owner

If you are looking for "Insta" place with new equipment you should look for something more expensive. But if you need calm, quiet room - this place is perfect for you. You can go here straight from the airport with the bus 203 (cost- 5 EUR). Building is located in the city center so all most popular museums and places are located about 20 minutes by walk. Near apartment you will find many bars, clubs and cheap supermarkets (Dia, Carrefour...). In the building there are two elevators- you should use the interior one. The room is quite small but there is a huge wardrobe and tiny desk with whiteboard (useful for planning your trips). The bed is really comfortable and towels are extra big. The owner is super nice (she speaks mainly Spanish so better to use translator for communication/but her son speaks English so also no problems). Kitchen and bathroom are not new but really well equipped, you share this space with the owner but you can feel like at home. I was surprised that there is no separate key to the room but it is not needed as there is only one room for rent in the apartment so no need to worry about your belongings. I really recommend this place. Thank you for hosting me. It was great <3
