Location and hosting

It’s looked like an old abandoned property. Very old wall ceiling patched with tape. No Tv.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e check-in e check out sono stati semplici: ci è stato regalato un upgrade. Il bagno era rinnovato e la cucina in buono stato (ma non equipaggiata). La luminosità della casa e la disposizione dei locali è buona.

La mancanza quasi totale di equipaggiamento in cucina (stoviglie, pentole, posate, ecc). La presenza di moquette ovunque. L’assenza di un tavolo con sedie dove potere mangiare e lo stato di semi abbandono del terrazzino.

Located at 2nd floor with lift and the building is under renovation

It was absolutely fine for what we needed it totally served the purpose of what we needed.

The location was great and comfortable bed. Extra items were a nice touch

The place needs refreshing, the shower is not that powerful

The location is great for the Uni. The owner is helpful.

The flat is incredibly cold. The boiler wasn't working, there is a gap I could stick a finger through around the French windows, and the three electric heaters were not up to the job of heating the flat. We slept in coats and all our clothes and duvets, and were still cold. There is also no hot water other than the electric shower.

The host is super friendly and helpful. A great location if visiting the University of Warwick.
