GBThe fact it was only 1 night.
Located between a few loud pubs with music til early hours. Not advised on description. Keys are across the road not at the door...not helpful for those with accessibility needs. Area is worrying....on arrival people were trying to stop cars to Rob them and its quite rough. Front door handle on the inside was missing. Very difficult to open to get out...fire safety concern. All walls were marked/stained. TV doesn't work. No WIFI. Broken plant pots in bathroom. Table in kitchen area is mobile but we didn't use that. Window in main area is cracked top left. Again, health n safety issues. Front of washer was gone, sofa stained, generally needs a complete overhaul with new appliances, painting and probably some type of fumigation as was itching badly after staying on sofa. More a £50 per night at a push stay. If you're going to go get drunk n not bothered about standards this is the place for you. I stay a lot of place for over £100 per night. This is not worth it. I'd book further afield and uber to bolton if this is your only option.

GBThe apartment was in terrible condition. First, the boiler wasn't working, so there was no hot water during my stay, even after I tried turning on the emergency boost switch, but it didn't help. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken, as noted by a previous guest, and the shower tap was leaking. Moreover, the car parking gate couldn’t be opened with the provided key fob, so I had to enter the building through the lobby and open the gate as if I were driving out. The assigned parking spot 8 was taken by someone else, and when I called the management team representing the owner, they told me to park anywhere I wanted. However, there was a sign warning that a Penalty Charge Notice would be issued for incorrect parking, so parking elsewhere was at my own risk. After the stay, I reached out to the team again and the owner initially agreed to a partial refund, but after that, he stopped responding and kept all my money.
