"Reported damages made to the property was promised a discount instead they took all my deposit"

Property was in a disgraceful state had not been checked before I checked in. Property had broken window, broken toilet seat , ripped carpet and the sofa bed was broken.
The staff don’t care and will take your deposit and you can’t do anything about it.
