Bellamarsh Farm B&B

We had a wonderful two day’s stay at Bellamarsh B&B Julie was an exceptional host and made us feel at home immediately. The bed was super comfy, the power shower and lovely fluffy towels made us feel pampered and the full English breakfast with fresh local produce set us up for the day. The location was so quiet we slept really well. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and very much hope to be back when visiting our family who live locally again. Thank you so much 🥰xx

Very near A38 a bit noisy in the morning

Comfy bed, excellent breakfast, soooo dog friendly. The property is a very quirky 700 year old listed building, it is quite an experience to stay there. The history is fascinating. Julie does an amazing job managing the place pretty much on her own, considering the size of it and it's age. Its just about as authentic as you could get being a listed property, hardly anything modernised, but with modern beds, nice bedding, linen and /shower en-suite. I felt immersed in a step back in time. Host was lovely to chat to and my little dog loved her too. (If you are looking for a modern, pristine, clinical stay try a Travel Lodge instead because this place is not for you LOL) Thank you so much Julie xx

Nothing really, but just be aware to listen to Julie's instruction for the bags drop off and parking access, especially if you have SUV. Its totally fine but its an old place so some of the access needs a little care as is a little narrow.

The property was set in rural Devon which was absolutely stunning. You could tell it had been freshly decorated with a classy modern take.

The drive way was a bit uneasy, we were on motorbikes so was not the best and there was no light where you park so if it’s dark you can’t see.

Sehr altes aber trotzdem modernes Haus. Man fühlt sich als ob man in der Zeit zurückreist.

Very oldie worldie...very clean..the owner, Julie..was a wonderful host and couldn't do enough for you.. the room was lovely. The bed was very cosy and comfortable, the best night's sleep iv had in ages! Breakfast was cooked to perfection, and there was a variety of cereals and juices as well. I would recommend it!

Nothing not to like

Breakfast was excellent, host was very attentive, good quality bed linen and very comfortable bed.

Outside area needs some tlc to better showcase the wonderful property.
