The staff are extremely rude even if you are polite to them , intrusive , even one of the staff member named Rasta from what showed up on the chat took my number from their verification WhatsApp and started messaging me on their personal phone calling me and disturbing me trying to reach another guest next door , I have never seen anything as unprofessional as this . The place smells of toilet something wrong with the WC

The fridge and microwave works , some of the cleaners are polite and they come to change the sheets and remove the garbage

The staff just bang the door at any given time , they don’t even knock they bang on the door with their fists as if driving in a nail , the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional especially one lady in the office and another called Rasta at their main office

I have booked for 9 nights they only supplied one tissue paper, no room service, the dustbin was full, they didn't provide a cloth to wipe the dishes after washing them, the room was extremely cold there was no blanket or electric blanket or some sort of a heating. When we called to ask for room service someone would just say we will come back to you and hang up and they would never come back. In the bathroom no shower door, draining system not working, when you take a shower the water floods the toilet, there's no mop whatsoever. Your shoes get wet and then all the floor gets wet when walking around and there's no room service. They advertised that there's a braai area, we bought meat only to find out their braai area is not working. Staff members not professional, they don't take people seriously. It was the worst 9 nights, everything about the place was bad 👎

Aggressive and noisy staff, dirty blanket, toilet smells in the whole room,

The daily housekeeping, convenient to shops and very safe. The walk-in shower was my favorite!

No heater in the room, please consider getting one. Either than that I was very happy with my stay
