The crockery is a big problem Chipped plates plastic glasses And no tea spoon The basin in bathroom was leaking water on the floor was wet no mop to clean up

The remote was broken, maintenance did not come as they told us, the shower has no curtain and makes the whole bathroom wet, bathroom is small, barely cutlery, crockery and glasses, there was hair on the bed, no carpet or anything when you come in and it was raining so the whole floor was wet, didn't give us soap or shampoo, hard to locate and check in
