Un po’ di rotture minime nelle maniglie. Assenza di minime utilità.

l'appartamento era grande e gli spazi ben gestiti

ho trovato un solo cucchiaino - solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica già aperti e consumati ( per 4 giorni sicuro non bastavano) - mancavano asciugamani da bidet e per 4 giorni un piccolo cambio asciugamani serviva - l'appartamento non era pulito bene e si sentiva puzza di gatto.

The apartment was far from the city center, it is old and smells musty, the bedding was old and stained, the apartment is quite spacious, but it is not clean.

Tágas volt ahogy az a fotókon is látszik. Volt vasaló. Hideg volt, szerencsére a klímával lehetett fűteni.

Nagyon messze van a központtól. Rossz a közlekedés. A buszmegálló ugyan pár percnyi séta, de hétvégén ritkán sőt ünnepnapon sehogy sem jönnek buszok. Gyalog 3,5 km volt a centrum. Nem volt mikro. Az ágyak kényelmetlenek. A zuhanyzóban a csaptelep mindig a kezünkben maradt. Hatan voltunk de 2 ember tusolása után már csak hidegvíz maradt. Nincsenek képek a falon, szőnyeg…, olyan rideg, berendezetlen az egész. Az erkélyekre kivezető rács nem minden szobában volt nyitható. A felső szomszéd mintha melletted sétálgatna…., nincs padlószigetelés és minden lehallatszódott, ahogy wc-ztek, az is. Vízköves vízforraló. 1 db teáskanál volt hatunkra! A felszereltsége nagyon egyszerű! 3 szoba volt, de az egyik szobában nem volt lámpa csak egy leszakadt kanapé, ezért az egyik párnak a nappali közepén volt egy kihúzott kanapé elhelyezve. Ezt mondjuk javíthatná a tulaj! A második szobában sem volt csillár csak egy állólámpa. Egy szobában volt csillár az meg lelógott a vállunkig, állandóan nekimentünk.

The size of the apartment was not overstated, it is very roomy, the rooms are thoughtfully furnished and the polished floorboards make it very comfortable to walk around bare-foot. Having 2 bathrooms also made it very comfortable as we were 2 couples.

The kitchen amenities could be improved with a bit of attention to detail, 1 teaspoon was never going to be sufficient and we should not need to purchase dish-washing liquid or tea-towels, when we mentioned this the response was less than enthusiastic. A decent chopping board would have made life easier as well. Our biggest issue was with gaining entry but we must accept a level of mea culpa for that as the link was sent to a guest other than the main renter, so it took us a while to locate it and gain entry (after midnight), the very helpful caretaker assisted us fortunately. The garage/gate remote control must be replaced, it is unreliable and has obviously seen better days (held together by sellotape and a bandaid), in time we discovered that shaking it can improve it's performance but it needs to be consistently reliable - i.e. get a new one, too often we relied on someone else gaining access to enter ourselves. The bathroom would benefit from a shower curtain as the floor gets very wet when showering, and the smaller bathroom lacks a toilet seat. The curtain in the main bedroom did not open properly but it is only a slight inconvenience. The A/C in the living room was not working, possibly a battery in the remote needs replacing, we did not report this as we spent most evenings on the front balcony.

La casa molto grande, pulita e il terrazzo molto bello. Posizione buona

Il telecomando (per l’accesso al parco e al garage) funziona malissimo (si consiglia la sostituzione del telecomando, non delle pile). Il posto auto è molto stretto per auto medio/grande. Alcune lampadine in casa fulminate. Presa nel bagno padronale rotta.

Csendes és nyugodt, jó a környék, tágasak a terek, hatalmasak a teraszok, a két fürdőszoba nagyon kényelmes. Van fűtés, ami így télen nagyon jól jön.

Nagyon kevés pluszt kellene belerakni, hogy 9* fölé menjen az értékelés: pl a konyha nagyon szegényesen felszerelt, se mikrohullámú sütő, se konyharuha, kevés evőeszköz, kopottak a serpenyők, fakanál sincs. A papíráru silány és kevés. Ezekre csak egy kicsit kellene többet költeni és több csillagot kapna a szálláshely. Amiről nem tehet a tulaj: a mélygarázsba még egy Toyota Yaris-szal sem mertünk beállni, az utcán hagytuk az autót. Rémálom és teljes sötétség van odalent.
