MODERNO ESTUDIO AL LADO DE LA CATEDRAL

The location was great and very comfortable apartment.

L’emplacement , le confort , la facilité d’accès, c’est un bel petit appartement qui convient bien pour un séjour seul ou à deux.

Le mur près du lit devrait être nettoyé ou repeinturé, mais c’est un détail. C’est bruyant mais j’ai loué en connaissance de cause , car c’est dans une zone très achanlandée. La fenêtre fermée ça isole très bien !

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, die Kathedrale ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich direkt um die Ecke. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile mit einfacher Ausstattung an Geschirr, Töpfen und Besteck. Das Bett ist bequem, das Bad gut ausgestattet und ein Tisch zum Essen oder Arbeiten ist auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist toll, der Vermieter war sehr gut erreichbar und hat Fragen schnell beantwortet.

Nachts waren die Geräusche von draußen sehr laut zu hören. Ich bin mehrmal aufgewacht, weil unten Leute waren und es sich anhörte, als liefen sie direkt durchs Zimmer. Mit einem leichten Schlaf ist das anstrengend, aber mit Ohrenstöpseln war schlafen möglich :)

Appartement mal isolé, trop sensible aux bruits de la rue et aux autres occupants des autres logements. Nous n’avons pas vu de machine à laver alors qu’elle est mentionné dans la liste de matériel à disposition !

Il bagno era molto accogliente, cosa per me fondamentale per quando alloggio fuori casa! Posizione perfetta.

This apartment was right in the centre of Seville , 2 mins walk to all the main attractions of the cathedral and Alcazar , great location for the restaurants and easy walking distances for the rest of the attractions in Seville, Ideal for solo traveler or couple. Good size bathroom and shower plenty of room, towels provided and soap and shower gel so that was a bonus, Small cooking facilities but adequate for preparing breakfast, fridge and microwave, Its down a small side street on the first floor. wifi worked ok just ask for the log on details from the owner or its on the unit in the hallway above the entrance door to the flat, the washing machine is on the top floor as not obvious from details. The apartment met my needs and do recommend staying there, few minor niggles but glad i stayed there !! Go and eat at Antigua Taberna de Las Escobas de 1386 , fantastic food there and Amhed was superb say hello as it only 2 mins walk from apartment

No instructions for use of how the Air conditioning unit works, could not tell if it was working or not other have mentioned same issue, There was a roof fan so used that most of the time to cool room down and can open the huge balcony doors , You need to dust the top of the microwave unit and back of the wall mounted TV when you move the TV to view it was obvious not been checked for some time , Also check the bedside sockets to the lamp as broken, minor but they should not be like that as was unable to plug my power adapter into that side of the bed. Minor issues mostly, The main issue, need to do something about the main entrance door when being used by others in the accommodation, you are directly above it and when they shut it it makes a slamming sound into room and up the stairs well, sign to say close gently would help and some sort of rubber strip on door frame to stop the noise when being shut!!

Exceptional location. Walking distance to everywhere. Great little apartment.

Could get noisy in the evenings given the central location and its right next to the cathedral so you can hear the bell tolling but honestly not that bad and worth it in the end.
