Double bedroom with own private bathroom and a large desk

Good location, straight forward check-in. Bed was good size and comfortable enough.

Incorrectly listed as private bathroom, is actually shared, landlord blames the website. 'Continental Breakfast' was to help yourself to in fridge in shared kitchen so not really sure how that would have worked if I had elected to pay for it. The main door to the apartment has a chain which I had to stop one of the other guests from putting across else he'd have blocked others from coming in.

The toilet Water Closet (WC) was very dirty that I coudn't look inside it to pee.

Nothing fancy, but it does the trick and is very good value for money. The host was very reactive and helpful. An extra perk is the lovely walk through the meadows to reach central Oxford and the college area.

This place was horrible & disgusting - I only received communication from the management to access the property after I made a complaint through booking.com - The excuse they gave was that they were not provided with my email. The locks were seriously dodgy - it took me more than 10 minutes to be able to gain access - There was no private bathroom - The bed was so old and soft it put my back out - There was no heating in the property - The kitchen was absolutely filthy / stove top foil covered in old dried food / dish rack covered in grime & filth / the fridge had old crumpets out of date by a month / old KFC left open and uncovered - see pictures attached

It's very difficult to live without heaters. Manager promised that he is going to see me in the evening to check the heaters , but never turned back. Said it's private bathroom, but it's common bathroom Struggled a lot to sleep without heaters

It was very conveniently situated not too far from town centre and right next to a bus stop. Took 10 min bus ride to reach the city centre. The bedroom was clean neat and comfy. Mini heater and plenty of plug sockets a table and chair . The communication from vendor was spot on , very detailed including all info for access and wifi. Will definitely go with this host again

Good enough for only needing a place to sleep, I was very lucky to not have many things with me.

Room door was broken so I had to barricade it with a chair at night, and I couldn't leave any belongings there during the day. Had some difficulty using the other keys as well but luckily managed to get them to work. Name was changed to include "Continental breakfast" but I never saw any breakfast at all. Several other things were broken or in a bad state where it was technically still usable but should probably have been replaced / fixed.
