Double bedroom with own private bathroom and a large desk

Was exactly as the photos show - well priced and a spare room with a double bed and desk, plus access to a bathroom with shower and toilet. Location walkable to the hospital and was available at short notice which was very useful.

Very good communication. I booked late but was called and text with details. Also ample parking and a convenient location.

I knew what I was getting as a read other reviews, so I was happy with the booking. But for the benefit of others, just to be clear this is a room within someones flat. No lock on bedroom, but I felt safe/secure. The bathroom is not ensuite, but it is private.

Adnan was quite responsive and guided well on how to reach the place, where to park and how to get in the flat. The place had very good parking and easy access to the bus stop.

The room was good but the bathroom was shared and not private. The place primarily is meant just as a sleeping pad.

The location was good, although I needed to walk far from the London bus late in the evening. The owner was pleasant and helpful.

The facility is quite old and shabby. Poorly isolated, quite a lot of noise from the street. It was cold. The owner switched the heating on for a couple of hours a day. The nights were frigid. Although I received an extra blanket from the owner, the mattress was old and rugged and not isolated from beneath. The bathroom was cleaned but not clean (shower curtain, smelly drains etc). Quite a lot of things were broken. The furniture was rudimentary and insufficient. There is nowhere place to put things on.
