I like home and owner behavior

It does full justice to the name , we really felt like we are in home. Amey is a great person and extremely passionate about hospitality. He is always ready to go extra mile to help. I would highly recommend this property.

The facility, property, cleanliness, courtesy, politeness, hospitality, punctuality , support, helping nature, trust , everything was amazing.

Everything was great so nothing to say here.

Breakfast was very good

Breakfast was decent , good and healthy , sufficient in quantity and quality . Also available in time . I will suggest this property to my family and friends .

Owner was enough experienced and nice , did not leave a space to say any thing in negativity . every thing was proper and handled in best manner .

The hospitality

Lovely, clean, and beautiful house located very near to all the basic needs but away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. Very well kept. The owner Mr Amey looks after each and every minutest details. His attention to details and thoughtfulness are beyond expectation. Also, it is pet-friendly in the true sense. This is one of the best pet-friendly pIace I have ever been to and trust me we travel a lot across the country. He even took us to visit the Mahalaxmi temple. Everyday he would get us warm, super tasty breakfast. Even lunch etc also he helped us with super tasty local homely meals.

There was nothing that we did not like. It was such a peaceful place with immense positive energy. Amenities like the Wifi, OTT, Kitchen things, maid service, everything is top notch. And as I mentioned earlier all the littlest things have been thought of for the comfort of the guests. It looks like the owner has his heart into it and cares for everyone, be it an adult, a child or pets. One has to visit this place to experience it. Words cannot describe

Amey was the best host and guide during our stay at Kolhapur. As the name states it's truly a Home away from Home. Clean and well maintained residence. If travelling with kids the amenities provided meets your requirements. Had a pleasant and relaxed stay...

The house is very beautiful, nicely maintained. You will feel like you are at home. Rooms are spacious, my 3 year old daughter really loved the house and could play and enjoy herself. The house owner Amey is an excellent host. Very nice person and made us very comfortable. Provided us nice and yummy breakfast. He was always available whenever we needed him and guided us with site seeing in Kolhapur and Mahabaleshwar.

Very thoughtfully done home, like minute details were good. True to its name it was a home away from home. Very clean!
