Cozy Studio Staycation - Brooklyn close to Train stations

The proximity to Cypress Hills Station. The kitchenette with cutlery, plates, microwave, stove, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. The coffee and tea left for us when we arrived. Close to a supermarket.

Felt a little unsafe when out at night particularly around Fulton shops. Need to take an Uber home. Would have been nice to have met the owner and to have received a reply to queries.

Lovely small apartment with good connections perfect for my weekend break needs, host was responsive no complains from me.

Some of the flooring had flecks of paint and there was small amounts of chips. But didnt harm may stay what so ever

Location was close to subway station even though that weekend there was construction going on there and the trains were not stopping there.

First day the air conditioning wasn’t working but when i informed the owner about it he sent a repairman the very next day and fixed the issue

L’appartamento si trova a Brooklyn, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata di Cypress Hill che permette di raggiungere Manhattan in 45/50 minuti, ci siamo trovati quindi molto bene per quanto riguarda il rapporto posizione/prezzo, quest’ultimo molto competitivo rispetto agli standard di New York.

La struttura è veramente sporca purtroppo. C’è cattivo odore appena si entra e le finestre si aprono con difficoltà. Il pavimento era appiccicoso ed in generale l’appartamento è trascurato e poco pulito.

The apartment is located in a peripheral area, but it's very convenient due to its proximity to the metro, which allows for easy access to the city center. The neighborhood was quite peaceful, which is a plus for those seeking quiet.

Unfortunately, the most disappointing aspect was the cleanliness. The apartment was dirty, with cobwebs pretty much everywhere, a clear sign of poor general maintenance. Additionally, there are a few small but important oversights: the shower could really use a light and the kitchen lacks a colander.

I had an amazing stay. I will definitely be returning! Clean and cozy studio. Words can’t explain how amazing and helpful they were with my stay! Even when my flight was delayed they assured me that everything was okay. Responded quickly and thank you for making my time in NY hassle free!!

Dirty towels and rags left on bed, I guess, for the bathroom, the sink clogged up, erroneous smell, and the entrance is disgusting. Please clean your bathroom and make sure to dust. Your cleaner is not doing a good job. For $371, it's not worth it.
