Cozy Studio Staycation - Brooklyn close to Train stations

- Location is good. But the address (house number) provided in previous messages was incorrect for 2 house numbers, which led to huge confusion and waiting and searching and wondering if we arrived at the right or wrong house. - The host was very kind, although there was some confusion about the room and so the room was not ready at arrival time around 6 p.m. He was quickly reacting and replying and it was solved a few hours later. Host mentioned a potential refund for that inconvenience, but later nothing happened. We did not want to complain or demand anything, yet, it would have been okay, at least symbolically to provide some partical refund - or then better not mention / promise it.

- The accommodation has the title "Cozy Luxury Studio Staycation - Brooklyn close to Train". It is cozy, though some simple and superficial renovation would make it shine a lot more. However is was not 'luxerious'. We were not looking for luxury, so no big deal. Still it is better to not raise expectations and thus not write "luxury". Psychological thing, right. - The code for the key lock was provided quite late and only after arrival at the house (without good mobile connection, we were lost) and there is three keys to open the different doors before the apartment is reached. Better would be to change locks and have one master key instead of three keys, or to install a modern electrical key system (access system) with a code for guests so they would not need any physical key at all anymore.

Everything was as expected. Location was great and 5 minutes walk to the train station.Host was very accommodating, I had asked for a little earlier check in time due to my flight landing early and they were able to accommodate me. I felt safe walking to the train station. Great value. I had no need to contact the host . I would definitely stay here again.

Location was in a quiet area. Close to subway. Appreciated the fact that there was an stove/oven. Pricing was reasonable.

The single heater located in kitchen did not really heat the bedroom. It was cold outside and this was felt in the bedroom especially the area next to the windows. Parking was defiantly hit and miss. Street was filled with cars from 6pm until 8am. One evening it took me 35 minutes to find a spot 3.5 blocks away.

Perfect for the night
