Cozy Lazar Acommodation - Palas Mall Iasi

This is a rental company that has unavailable properties listed. After booking they call claiming it's a glitch from booking that shows the property as available, request you to cancel and offer other properties, avoiding the booking fee. Happened once in December, when I accepted a different property(left them review in whatapp about not being clean and got no response). This was the 2nd time, I did not accept another property, they stated they as host do not have the option to cancel and canceled the next day claiming we did not show up! Avoid "Cozy apartments" in Iasi!

The apartment was clean and spacious.

We were given an apartment at the ground floor. The bedroom shares a wall with the technical room, which has a big machine that started making very loud noise at midnight and did not stop. It was so loud that the bed was vibrating. We could not sleep and had to move during the night to another property in the middle of the night in order to be able to sleep. They only reimbursed the cost for their apartment, not the difference we had to pay out of pocket for the booking change because we could not sleep there.
