We were met outside the property by a very polite helpful young man who gave us the keys

We continuously asked for clean towels for 3 days and was told they will bring them tomorrow everyday and when we were eventually given the towels we were leaving and we were also given the wrong wi if password and when we asked for the password via text we were ignored the kitchen had no bowls and just 1 pan and a frying pan and there was no microwave or toaster or air conditioning and in most apartments you rent here overnight there is always the basics like cooking oil salt and pepper and tea and coffee but in this place there was absolutely nothing except washing liquid

The location was the only positive part of our stay.

The company that owns and manages these apartments is completely unreliable. They promise a whole list of facilities, but they don't own up to it. 1. They mentioned that parking spots are available, with an extra cost. When we arrived we were told that no parking was available, because they have more apartments than parking spots. We had to look for a parking spot in the streets nearby. We found one, but the area is crowded, so if you move the car, you lose the spot. 2. They mentioned that the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. Well, the kitchen furniture was there, but there were no pots, no cups, no cutlery, not even a measly teapot. So the kitchen is purely decorative. 3. The TVs are not working. We tried two apartments, both just as awful, the remote controls were not functioning in either of them. They promised they would fix this issue during our stay, we never heard from them. 4. Air conditioning. The remote for the air conditioning was not in the room. I had to make the extra effort to call the company and ask for it. Normally, everywhere we traveled, air conditioning remotes were present at the location, even during winter. It was the end of June, in the middle of a heatwave, and they had the audacity to say that air conditioning was not requested until then. 5. The door to the apartment had a hole in it. There was supposed to be a peephole there, but it had been removed and they covered the hole with a bigger piece from a paper towel. 6. They mention that families can bring their children, but the apartments are not baby friendly at all. There's not so much as a high chair for babies there. 7. We were told to notify the person who was supposed to meet us there to give us our key 30 minutes before our arrival. We did so, yet we had to wait 30 more minutes in the heat, with a 2 year old baby. Fully disappointed for what was offered and for the lack of respect shown.

It was clean and very new. Decorated with style.

I missed the presence of a coffee machine and also a minus that you can’t watch the TV from the bed.
