THE OWNER IS A SCAMMER AND SHAME ON BOOKING.COM We arrived here with our children, one of whom is on oxygen and we were there because he was having surgery the next day. The boiler was broken, the house was freezing, owner wouldn’t answer the phone despite 3 calls and messages through the app. Called booking.com to help and funnily enough a representative of the owner called me within minutes. 20 mins later Titu arrived to prove me wrong and said he couldn’t fix the boiler, he needed an engineer and we needed to leave. He assured me a refund would be processed. I’ve been offered £100 compensation which I’ve twice declined as I paid £230 for 2 nights. I’ve been fighting with the owner and booking.com for a refund since and getting absolutely nowhere. I’ve proof of the boiler issues, my kids sat in coats and blankets in the house and in the hotel an hour later. It’s a disgrace! Owner messaged me previously asking for my bank details for the refund through booking messenger and said it’d be 14-28 days to process. I asked for a refund back on my original card and he went dark again. I asked booking for help AGAIN and £100 I declined has been paid to me. Despite my pleas for help booking.com keep telling me to contact the owner for my full refund, an owner who DOESNT ANSWER HIS PHONE. The one time he did actually call me back, all nicey nice saying he’ll help but nope gone dark again. Not to mention the house isn’t as nice as it looks on pics, the floor on the landing is wonky, cracks in all the walls and it’s just tired. Like I am now after all the stress. Do yourself a favour if looking here, stay at the Travelodge up the road, the staff are a delight.

Rooms were spacious, house was clean, shampoo etc was provided, beds were really comfortable, and it was a short walk to Manchester Academy.

It is a little tired but excellent value for money given proximity to centre of Manchester and was perfect for a short stop over.

The house was very dirty, there were Blood stains on the sheets, on one bed, a sharp piece of metal poking up from the carpet in the hallway, the Cutlery drawer had pieces of food, dirt and hair inside, the spoons hadn’t been washed from before as their was coffee stains on them. The bannister was black, at first we thought it was the colour however when walking down the stairs holding on, our hands were black! I got a cloth and wiped it down and the cloth was filthy! I had read good reviews about this house but it was absolutely grubby. One of the skirting boards in one of the upstairs bedrooms was all rotted & hanging off the wall and the plug socket didn’t work. None of us wanted to come back to the house after our day out, it made us feel unhygienic. I have complained to the owner but he is saying he isn’t the owner and it will be investigated. It has now been over a week and I haven’t heard nothing back. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND this house to anybody and I have taken photographs to evidence everything stated above.

Was not clean. The dirt that was around the house hadn’t been cleaned for months.

The smell is sooooo bad ww couldn’t spend a single night we booked another apartment

beautiful amazing place so big & nice & clean ,, very local to wimslow road which is one of the busiest & best road in manchester i was very happy about that ,, the bedrooms i was so jealous they had big bedrooms wonderful ,, the host sweetest person on this earth so nice i spoke to him twice it felt like i was speaking to a friend ,,

The hosts were great, gave clear easy to follow instructions with check in and check out being very smooth. The apartment had everything advertised. The beds are really comfortable had a great night sleep. Hope to stay there again soon
