This was an amazing hotel with great staff. Special thank you to Priya in the restaurant - she was lovely and provided great service. Tapan by the poolside was lovely and looked after us all very well. Great conversation too!

The spa. Note: this is not owned by the hotel but is associated and on site. We booked 5 adults and received a group discount. 3 of the massages were ok. The couples massage was terrible. We had one room and the two masseurs talked loudly for the first 25 mins. They then stopped talking and then the drilling and repair work started outside the room. I had to ask them to stop and go outside and stop the work. They did this. Our 1.5 hour massage only had 45 mins of peace and relaxation. We spoke to reception on exit and they said the manager would get back to us after 2 days when he was back in. We heard nothing. At check out we asked to speak to manager again - he was not available. One of his staff came and said they would come back with a resolution in 10 mins. 30 mins later the hotel called the manager and he said he’d call back. Back and forth took an hour. No resolution. I would not book this spa again - there are better ones off site

Нормальное расположение - далеко от моря, но зато в спокойном районе, на байке не проблема доехать. В целом приличный номер, но уставший Очень понравился спа в отеле!

постельное белье не очень белое, 1 раз видели таракана (не с улицы, а обычного рыжего таракана), нельзя останавливаться такси около отеля, заказывали водителя и он побоялся подъезжать к отелю, пришлось идти на нейтральную территорию
