We did had a lovely holidays at the Golden Tulip. All the hotel staff are very helpful,professional,everyone do very good job. Rooms was very nice, comfortable bed ,clean, food at restaurant was very good, plenty choices of everything, staff especially Matthew very professional,everyone will do for us everything. Swimming pool was very clean every day, Tapati looks after that very well. Thanks to reception for complimentary extra time in room before we was living.

We can’t faulted noting there. Was great stay.

Location is far away from candolim beach

Big double room 2 beds and balcony. Air conditioning fabulous. Room cleaned daily and sheets and towels changed every 2 days. 2 lovely pools with waiter service. Good breakfast with English and Indian fare. Hotel 15 min walk to beach ⛱️ excellent restaurant 2mins away with reasonable prices and tasty food

Cleaning could be improved on. Some decorating taking place when we were there which they started early in am. Room and mattresses need updated. Window and surround need attention. Background music in corridor starts at 8am found this annoying and unnecessary.

Food, ambience, location

They charged me for towel cleaning which got stained, and being a 4 star hotel they brought that stain towel to reception desk to show and ask me to pay for cleaning charges No free beers provided and what i consumed from the fridge instead of that was charged, I asked to swap charges, they said no we can't as it comes from services, makes no logic as beer is beer with different brand names I guess

Convenient for the beach and far enough from the main road to avoid traffic noise. Facilities were good. Including gym and pool.
