I would love to stay again

I planned to stay for 2 nights, but quickly realised there was no hot water and a camping shower in place of a real shower, TV didn't work, there was no clean kitchen utensils or cups and the flat was very dirty. When I contacted the host about the hot water first by text he didn't reply and so followed up with a phone call the next morning when he was rude and refused to help. He then blocked my number. I felt unsafe and left after 1 night, the hosts refused to give me any refund even after escalating to booking.com.

Location was great.

Hot water in the shower did not work. I had to use a plastic container and a pump. I noticed that this has been an ongoing issue. Not impressed with lack of attention to this issue.

The bed was comfortable nothing else

False advertising there was no tea coffee facilities in room as stated or even in the shared kitchen the place was not easy to get into an was very dirty we had to leave our clothes in suit case no mirror only in shared bathroom that wasn’t clean the kitchen was disgusting dust everywhere in our room to not working no remote just awful
