The bed looked like it was ready to collapse and glued together! It didn’t sound or look safe! The bathroom wasnt cleaned before arrival tv doesn’t work no remotes that work for the tv bed in the wrong place banged my leg and bruised it all trying to walk past the tight gap!

window wouldn't shut properly, toothpaste all over the sink and shower screen. kitchen had appliances but no cups, plates cutlery. waste of time having a kitchen

the location was good and the fact that it was ground floor

sharing a bathroom and the size of the room, the facilities in the bedroom was literally a bed and plug for charging phone. the kitchen was dirty and not well equipped 2 mugs for a shared kitchen of up to 8 people.

Great value accommodation for a one night stop-over. Would definitely stay again - bed was super comfortable and you can use the heater in the room which gets the bedroom warm very quickly (this is a priority for me in winter months) Would be good to have more cups in the kitchen but otherwise I was very happy with my stay and would recommend. Taxi from New Street station was £7 - I was too tired to walk with a heavy bag so this was a good option.

Location was fantastic. Rooms were secure. Bedroom was clean. Easy instructions to access the property.

Kitchen was dirty, no cups to make drinks, bathroom wasn't very clean either with a dirty mop bucket and mop in there. Guests smoking in other rooms.

This house is good and safe and has high quality and has all the possibilities for cooking and good service to stay with the family.

The walls were super thin. I could everything what people in other rooms did. Super noisy flat. The facilities were rather dirty.
