There was nothing to like, it was disgraceful!

After half an hour trying to gain access to the property, I eventually got in and I was completely horrified! It was an absolute disgrace and I was only there for five minutes while I went online to find somewhere else to stay. I will be contacting whoever I can to attempt to get a full refund, but won’t hold my breath. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!

Extremely loud music playing at early hours in the morning from 3am til about 10am, which woke us up and struggled to sleep.

Was only given instruction on how to get in after calling to complain. The entire place smelt and the room was dirty with stains on chair and the bed. Was not given the key fob meaning that we couldn’t get into the building and relied on other people staying inside. That also meant that somebody else had access to the building and our room using the fob. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was constant noise from the rest of the building. Up until we left in the night we felt unsafe and dirty.

Very good location, short walk to the Utilita arena but away from all the noise. Great value for somewhere to sleep

not as pictured. tony square room that quite literally only fits a bed wall to wall (paper thin and smashed to bits walls).

Once located, it was quite easy with the door code, no need for fob. Central. Decent shower.

Bedding seemed worn/dated, yet clean. Could do with a throw, as was bit cold at night. A hook or hanger would be great. Kitchen area was bit untidy, seemed more like HMO.

Landlord refused to come down and give us the keys so we paid for a room we couldn’t even stay in had to go back to the hospital and sleep there as we booked here to get some rest as our child is in icu I wouldn’t book here if I was you

Good for value. Direction and information given was clean.
