It's very good value for money. Clean and comfortable, didn't feel like it was missing anything.

The pillow was very thin, but the mattress and blanket were very comfortable so it wasn't a big problem.

Clean and queit

The mobile number given by property manager was on voicemail. They keyfob was no where to be found in the room and we got stuck outside the main building for 1 hour.

room WAS not clean properly, smells terrrrible, you have to put rules about making noises, people is very loud and does not let you sleep ! terrible. you can not get into the building without a code number, so ask for it, it is hard to find if you come late at night would be very hard to know... you guys can make a better effort to make it cleaner and without the smell, the heater does not work at all and the room door was open when i got here so the room was soooo cold that i have to sleep with my jacket on and clothes on ... you can hire better people to make a better job so you can have good reviews and fix the bad reviews...

There was people running in and out the rooms next day being loud till stupid o’clock in the morning. I’d like refund. The bedding was dirty and had been slept in.

Unsafe. Half naked Man unconscious on the shared bathroom/toilet floor with blood on the toilet seat and mess all on floor.

The location is convenient for the city centre but also a quiet residential area and the area felt safe. The price was very good.

There is no number on the property and the owner did not provide the building name. The owner did not send any instructions for getting into the property and did not respond to messages. I stood outside at 10.30pm until other guests let me in. The advert implied sole occupancy, but I was in one of 4 bedrooms in a tiny converted flat, sharing with 5 or 6 men. Doors and walls were flimsy so I could hear my neighbour snoring. Block residents told me that renting out the flats is not permitted.
