Отличные новые аппартаменты. Шикарный вид с балконов. Довольно легко запарковаться на улице. Есть кондиционеры. Есть раскладывающаяся отдельная кровать для ребенка. Приятная большая кровать и приятное постельное белье. Сразу идет теплая вода из крана, очень приятно.

Хотелось бы заранее знать, как будет происходить заселение. Ожидали самостоятельное заселение, но нас встретил хозяин. Не то чтобы это было большим минусом, но было неожиданно. Мы предпочитаем самостоятельное заселение. Большой неожиданностью было отсутствие духовки и посудомойки. Невозможно было представить, что на такой большой и красивой кухне может не быть посудомойки или духовки. Это существенный минус для нас, т.к. часто в путешествиях либо завтракаем, либо ужинаем в аппартаментах. Сложилось впечатление, что использовались очень недорогие предметы при обстановке аппартаментов. Например, обеденные стулья уже шатаются. Тостер выглядит очень плохо и нуждается в замене. Освещение в доме белое везде, не теплое, нет ощущения уюта. Нету возможности уединиться, когда уложил ребенка спать, чтобы почитать книгу, нету какой-то лампы или торшера внизу. В ванной не хватает радиаторов для комфортного пребывания.

Very clean and modern, Host was extremely welcoming and helpful and I would definitely stay again. Lagoa is 15 mins from the capital and much more peaceful, great restaurants and pools nearby, really convenient base to drive around the islands attractions. The view from either balcony is world class and there is coffee and info at reception. Felt very at home here and can’t wait to stay again. Thanks Lev!

It’s very spacious with modern interior and equipment. Everything is very clean and there are very important details like two separate A/Cs, dehumidifiers in the bathrooms, sound proof windows and light proof curtains. There’s a lot of space to put clothes. The couch could be transformed into a fully functional bed. And we used the kitchen every day to prepare breakfast. And if you miss smth, you can simply ask the hosts - they’re living in the same building, and are very friendly. It’s nice to sit on one of the terraces and listen to the ocean, especially when there’s waves crushing into the shore. I wish one could see the water while sitting. In the evening you see the sunset.

Additionally to the sound from the ocean (which is cool) there are lot of barking dogs outside in the neighborhood (not so cool). But the thick windows do help.

Das Penthouse ist sehr modern und sehr gut ausgerüstet und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist optimal um Unternehmungen auf der Insel vorzunehmen, man ist mit mit dem Auto sehr schnell an den schönen Orten. Sehr nahe Parkplätze und Restaurants. Sehr ruhig und schöner Meeresausblick. Wir konnten uns hier sehr gut erholen.

Very clean - everything seemed brand new. Very spacious. Easy to park by the property. Large balconies. Lev, the owner, gave good tips and happy to assist. Good location by the sea, with cafes/ restaurants nearby. The central location on the island makes it very easy to visit the attractions, although you do need a car.

Light bulbs used in the downstairs area are white fluorescent lights. Would have appreciated a couple lamps with warm bulbs for some mood lighting in the evening.

Super-clean, spacious, full of light, two terraces and a very confortable bed! Lev welcomed us personally, he’s very kind (and the zucchini from his garden delicious!
