"Great location. All staff great as usual. Accommodation basic but clean and great value for money."

The location is perfect for walking into the town. Especially the harbour area. Accommodation is overall excellent value for money. Staff as usual are helpful, pleasant, polite and professional. They are a credit to the holiday park.

Water pressure was too low on hot water only. Only a trickle of water from the kitchen and bathroom taps. A heated towel rail in the bathroom would have been good. Struggled to dry towels for use over the weeks break.

"Basic accommodation in excellent location"

Fabulous location for Brixham and some beautiful walks. Bedding was comfortable and clean.

Toilet smelt bad. very basic utensils (no kitchen knives). Towels not provided. Clubhouse was noisy and the food looked horrible.

"Nice spot in Brixham. But site needs a little TLC. Caravans need to be upgraded."

Lovely sea view! Nice park. Hard to get a table in the clubhouse.

Too cold on the night. The heaters were too loud to have running. Hot water ran out pretty quick before four of us could have a shower.

Park was good

Caravan was not cleaned as we had a lot of ladybirds and I went to reception and the Sais we will get some one to come and have a look and it took me a second time to Go to reception and they said we can give you a vacuum to get rid of them and I said it not my job then she said I will send some one from house keeping and she came and vacuum the lady birds up and she was very rude she said we are infestation of lady birds but we had more but no where near as many but I still would have liked to be moved and said they will be back within half an hour they left the vacuum I did asked to o be moved and the answer was no we are full booked but there was caravan empty until Sunday There is weeds growing out of the gutter on the van and it looked like it had not been cleaned outside at all the lights in the van had lady birds and spiders in still We will never stay there again

Staff location and the area was very good

Annoying but WI-FI had no connection and needed it for communicating with friends I had come to visit
