Access to swimming pool (small one), most things in accommodation one might need (bring: shower stuff, washing up stuff, towels and hairdryer). Nice location. Local bar on site. Walking distance from Brixham

No towels. Lack of decent programme in the local bar, need slight upgrade. We were put at flat 93, very furthest at the park

Hills not good for people with mobility problems

Met most of our needs clean tidy. Needs a few touch ups on paint work. Disappointed thst no internet on site although advised thst was in club house only but eas advertised on booking. Com

No wify in chalet

The staff in the bar were lovely as we're people in reception, the site was lovely and quiet the week kids went back. Not far from the town but be aware it is hilly, there's a lovely cove but it's a steep hill away or you can go round the side to some steps but they are still a little steep but nice cafe at the bottom outside seating only but lovely fresh food and helpful staff. The town is friendly the harbour amazing along with the wildlife. I would stay again though probably in one of the caravans. Plenty of storage room and table and chairs if you want to make your own food, couple if comfy chairs if you don't mind being sat up right when lounging a small sofa would have been nicer, there is a tv but again as basic as they come. Couldn't find the free WiFi so make sure you have plenty on your phones. Swimming pool looks good but didn't get a chance to use it and small launderette. Small amount of basic shopping items in reception that would get you through until you get to a larger shop and a nice small play area for the kids. The only entertainment this time of year is the bingo shop be prepared to travel. The food in the bar is good and it's cheap.

The shower was cold, there's no plug sockets in the bedroom so either bring an extension lead or you need to use the plug for kettle and toaster in the kitchen. The water is Luke warm at best but we managed as wasn't that cold this week but would'nt stay in a cold week.
