The property is located on the Isle of Sheppey and as a result can only be crossed via the Sheppey Crossing. Guests are advised to take this into account when making their transport arrangements to the property. This property offers 24 hours check-in everyday but for arrivals after 22:00, guests must inform the property of their estimated arrival time. The main doors will be closing from 22:00 everyday therefore arrival after this time will be given new instructions on how to enter the property. An additional back entrance/exit door is available to all guests to get in and out at anytime but requires a specific key that would be given at the time of check-in. If breakfast is included in the room rate, this is for a continental breakfast only. If you wish to have a full English cooked breakfast, an additional charge of £8.95 per person is applicable.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. It's recommended to bring your own vehicle since this property is not serviced by public transportation. A deposit may be required at the property.
