The property is located on the Isle of Sheppey and as a result can only be crossed via the Sheppey Crossing. Guests are advised to take this into account when making their transport arrangements to the property. This property offers 24 hours check-in everyday but for arrivals after 22:00, guests must inform the property of their estimated arrival time. The main doors will be closing from 22:00 everyday therefore arrival after this time will be given new instructions on how to enter the property. An additional back entrance/exit door is available to all guests to get in and out at anytime but requires a specific key that would be given at the time of check-in. If breakfast is included in the room rate, this is for a continental breakfast only. If you wish to have a full English cooked breakfast, an additional charge of £8.95 per person is applicable.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. It's recommended to bring your own vehicle since this property is not serviced by public transportation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Do not stay at this hotel"

Sorry Nothing good to say about this hotel - Just avoid it !!!

Room was filthy, human hairs in shower and bathroom Shower run hot and cold while using it so 1 minute you were being scolded then next freezer cold we arrived at 21.00 hours so to late to find any where else No kettle in room had to go back at get one from reception the room they gave us was no 8 had a flashing zebra crossing light going off all night so you can guess how much sleep we had decided that as the hotel was so unkept that we would not chance the breakfast

The location was ideal for my needs.... Tho i did struggle to find somewhere to eat nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff. Going the extra mile to help where they can.

Bed was hard, dripping tap, restaurant wasn’t open for evening meal. No duvet it was a sheet. Noise from the pub opposite until 2am

"Very dissapointed"

Nothing

I changed rooms 3 times and still didnt get what was advertised. The bath was full of water the limescale disgusting the beds from the ark! No restaurant.... only for breakfast. The place is a dump.

The place is in desperate need of a make over

No restaurant place needs a duster over the place once it has a referb continental breakfast is a joke wat there was . i wouldn't bother staff cleaning the general area while eating .decorating is a disgrace patch work quilt with wall paper i had to cut our time 1 day early due to a medical problem. I was glad to leave we will be visiting the area again but not this hotel. I've stayed in a lot of hotels this is in the top three worst .

This hotel is dirty and not hygienic as was served mouldy bread. I did complain to the Manager and sent photos to Booking.com as feel they should review this property and take off their platform

It was dirty, had used toiletries in the shower plus served mouldy bread at breakfast, I would avoid check out the reviews on trust pilot far more accurate than on booking.com

Unfortunately there is not a good word to say about the property..the staff were OK but had very little contact as did not have breakfast and no other food available

It's dated and dirty, no food available in the evening, even though it has a menu on-line
