Было не совсем чисто, надо бы улучшить уборку. Подушки неудобные, мы не спали полночи из за них.

The kitchen and living room is nice and cozy

We complained the first day about a moldy smell in the bathroom. The staff responded that it's probably the cleaning product that smells strong in Hungary. We tried everything, letting the water and shower run, air refreshener... I couldn't go to the toilet because of the smell. We weren't able to shower. We contacted the staff again, after which they decided to send the cleaning lady again. She filmed herself cleaning as "proof". We came back in the evening and the smell was still there. We thought we were going crazy as the personel kept saying we were the ones who just weren't used to the cleaning products' smell. UNTIL my boyfriend bent down and saw a moldy toilet paper roll under the bathroom sink. We were disgusted. Who knows how long that had been there already? I felt sick and could not go in there for the rest of our stay. After this we were: 1 gross from not showering 2 with an overworked bladder from not being able to pee 3 left feeling absolutely gross 4 very disappointed After all of this, we tried to contact the staff again, but she was offline so we had to contact her collegue who had no idea about anything of this. Not about THE SMELL, the cleaning lady, the toilet roll. Luckily she was a normal human being that knows horrible smells do not cone from cleaning products and offered our money partly back. Overall very disappointing and unprofessional
