Took the front desk clerk over 15 minutes to check us in…she had to call her manager to assist over the phone. Said it was because we booked with a third party. I also left a hoodie hanging in the wall hook in our room (102). I called and the front desk clerk said she couldn’t go check because she was alone but said she would check when she could and call me back…that was 4 days ago and I haven’t heard back!
USLocation was good. Was disappointed that the sign said oatmeal, but it was in fact grits. Yuck.
