The hotel clerk was very rude and would not honor my reservation. She said they have their prices and we have ours and canceled us. I was very upset but it was late and we were tired. She charged us \$199. Plus tax. I was very unhappy and won’t be using Tru Hilton or Bookings.com again!
USBreakfast was adequate. Muffins and/pastry would have been nice addition. Sausage was weird.
Pillows were terrible.

USThe location was convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful and it was very clean and didn’t smell like incense or any other sprays used to cover up odors. Just opened in December 2023 so it’s fresh and new!
No improvements needed at this time. Everything was great!
